American Range AR-12 is a 72-inch gas restaurant range with twelve 32,000 BTU/hr open burners and two standard ovens. It has stainless steel front and sides, a standard 20-inch back riser and shelf, and 6-inch adjustable chrome-plated legs.
- Each standard oven includes two racks and has a 26.5 in W x 22.5 in D x 13.5 in H interior.
- The standard ovens have porcelain enamel interiors and thermostats adjustable from 250°F to 500°F.
